The App doesn’t pause mid video anymore, it did work before what has changed?

Please fix the app. I bought the app because I thought it will benefit my daughter but I can’t open all the games . There is something wrong with the app

The graphics and story direction is absolutely unparalleled by any other form of media. Each moment is a case of cinematic mastery that not even the best directors like Christopher Nolan or Quentin Tarantino can rival. The production value is off the chart and beats red dead redemption 2, the graphics are amazing man, it’s so beautiful. anyways Ali and sumaya is a masterpiece

I have previously had this app and entered it but when I did so it deleted. I decided to give it another chance and now when I go into the app it freezes and doesn’t let me go any further. I hope you can help me as I would really like to download the app as it sounds and looks fantastic for my daughter.

Whilst a great app, it hasn’t been updated and freezes and hard when playing. If you tap info or an icon, it crashes or you get skewed images that freeze. This app will waste your money due to bugs and issues due to lack of updating. If it were to work glitch free, it is otherwise an excellent app. They shouldn’t be asking people to pay if they can’t deliver on a glitch free experience which ruins it for children who can’t understand why it doesn’t work. You want children to engage but how can they with a lazy production company who are sitting on their backsides taking money from us but not delivering on a glitch and bug free app. That is dishonest and un-Islamic.

I got this in time for Ramadan and was looking forward to this app but it took my money and does not give me access.

I purchased this app but it simply doesn't work. All the content remains locked even after purchasing. Contacted the seller a number of times but they haven't even responded. Feel ripped off. Shouldn't be allowed to sell with such poor customer service standards and an app that's clearly not fit for purpose. Very disappointed.

I paid for one of the in app purchases but it’s not restoring that purchase. Pls can you help me.
