It can’t pass the initial signup

I have installed this game and initiated right away. However, it didn’t allow me to pass the registration although I entered all the information correctly. It keeps giving the updating and connection errors. I am sure I am connected to Wi-Fi.

I made a subscription purchase but is not letting me use the app

Sorry but why?

It keeps saying update and it says in the app I’m low version on apple but apple says I’m up to date and the video glitches pls fix this I need to learn these

Bugs

LOVE the idea and the trial lessons. But I have noticed some bugs that make it impossible to get past the trial lessons. Hopefully these bugs will be fixed soon.

How to update?

Idk how to update the app! And when it ask’s me to update I don’t see the update button anywhere!

I’ve tried exiting and restarting the iPad but the screen stays grey when I open this app

Theres no way to cancel subscription, my last resort to cancel is emailing them and they still charged me. They keep charging me!!!!!
