Bad response to customers problem
In the matter of fact, there’s no other platform offering good educational shows for Muslim children. But, so many problems with Ali Huda app. 1. It’s not easy to resolve issues in the app, no quick fix such as signing in problems, can’t change password even from the website, subscribing keeps ending up in failure 2. the most recent thing is my email is not recognised even though they keep charging for subscription through the same email. 3. Trying to reach out to fix problem, but no one responds, and why does it have to be through Facebook messenger? I have to install another app just to talk about my problem I just can’t believe how bad they manage customer related issues. Please fix it.
