Alice's Dream ： Merge Games

I love the game itself, but often my in-app purchases don’t deliver, and customer services are rubbish - just keep stonewalling me so I still haven’t got my money back. Having read other reviews I notice I’m not the only one this happens to, and I suspect it’s a way of getting extra money out of people. It’s spoiled my fun and I’m going to have to delete the game as I can’t cope with this happening again and again :/

Used to be so good but developers have made it impossible to win anything. I used to enjoy this game so much, I love the new events BUT you can NEVER win anymore. There are a few events that go on at the same time and even if you use all your energy on one event, you still will not win. Before you could at least win some events but now (although I like all the additional activities in the main events) you have absolutely no chance of completing it. I used to complete a lot of the events but now it’s not even worth trying. I’m hoping the developers change this soon or I will (and I’m sure I’m not the only long time player who feels this way) will find another merge game to play

If you are looking for something that will drain your good mood, happiness, wallet and gives you sleepless nights in return here it is. Impossible to complete events in given time without spending enormous amount of money. Games should be fun and give distractions for a bit of time, help to relax and reboot. This one causes endless hours of frustration. Definitely will destroy your mental wellbeing. General idea is nice, story line, characters etc are cute. But not willing to spent 24/7 to try to finish any of the events. These overlap each other and need to pick what I want more. Also have no money to buy stuff which costs minimum one salary per month. This game made me extremly unhappy in past months. Need to quit and rebuild my inner self confidence and wellbeing with something more achievable then this ridiculous game.

This wasn’t the game I originally thought I was getting. I wanted to play the ring game & got a merge game. It has been a good game to play & waste time on but the campaigns are impossible unless you’re willing to pay for multiple in house purchases. This makes it frustrating as I refuse to pay the high costs.

Strangely addictive simply merging objects together! Enjoyable game, bit too difficult to level up, especially given I’ve spent money. The daily rewards could be a bit more generous.

Okay so the game is incredibly good! The 1 star rating is for the beyond poor customer service. They have this air about them that says I really can’t be bothered to sort your issue out. To get anywhere in this game you need to spend money hence the poor customer support….. you can play without spending but you will take an age before you see any progress…..

Grab a cuppa, this is a long read- wouldn’t be if things worked! Enjoy the game, but it can be expensive as the challenges end before you can realistically finish them, even when you spend money to do so, and you will spend a lot of money trying to do so. Another issue for me is that when you buy items or their packages, they don’t always appear, and their help centre is next to useless. Their help bot doesn’t do anything, and the “fill in” feature just shows a blank page and no way of actually filling it in. This means that you have to repurchase what you’ve already paid for, as “restore purchases” feature doesn’t work. It just tells you that it can’t find the purchase. Re-entering the game doesn’t sort this either. Not good!. Edit: yet again, money taken and items not given, and app stating can’t find them. App assistance NON EXISTENT!! They take your money, ignore messages requesting support. If you’re going to play, don’t risk paying for items. Reducing stars because of this. Edit: received two apologies and compensation, two out of four isn’t bad, but only after contacting customer support on here, wouldn’t bother with the support centre on the app, doesn’t work. So although I’m grateful for the compensation, it’s still less than I would have received if I’d actually been given what I’d paid for at the time, so worth noting if you want to play and pay for, but don’t receive packs, any compensation will be less than what you paid out. Also, don’t bother paying out in the challenges, there’s no way you can actually complete them without paying out a fortune. Better just to accept you won’t complete the challenge, before it ends, and just use energy, coins etc that the game gives out anyway. Its annoying to have to wait all the time for an energy reboot, but it won’t leave you out of pocket for a game you can’t complete, unless you are prepared to potentially spend in excess of a hundred pounds on each challenge- that’s how impossible it is to complete. Also, if you think you’re getting the ring game, you’ll be mistaken, it’s literally the odd mini challenge on the back of the main merge game, about Alice and various other fairytale characters. It will expect you to watch 30-60 second adds to get energy, and every time you turn on the game, go to the mini challenges you will get lots of pop ups for their in game deals, which you won’t always get even when they take your money.
