If they would support it or fix the bugs it would be a decent game.

Anytime something goes wrong in the game they have a email that might work 20% of the time and never respond to you, they made a couple million last year alone in revenue so there is literally no practical reason for 0 support. But they do track your entire device and apps then sell the data so apparently the entire company is just scammers who don’t care and have no pride about the product they make because selling information is more important I guess

Love the game, however the new portal I can’t exchange the items for the award. Would love it fixed before time expires for the extra game on here. Thank you 🙁

The button to exchange with the Cheshire Cat does not work

Contacted support through game for glitch in game and no response. Reached out here for support and it just takes me to Facebook page. Not helpful.

Newest side game, green door game, doesn’t work. Users have reported this through email but are not receiving any response.

I typically don’t have any issues in the app. But recently there’s a bit of lag when merging items. And in the most recent event going on now i can’t exchange my items which means I can’t progress in the event world. I’ve closed out the app, turned off my phone, same issue. Bummer, because I love to do them, but looks like that won’t be happening

Another competition I can’t compete in… when I click on “exchange” in the event island Winter Fair, nothing happens. Therefore, I can’t go any further. I wish they would be available for issues like this. Last time an issue happened with an event island, y’all took 2 days to respond and then it wasn’t worth trying to complete the competition with a day left.

The closer I got to completing level for the money offer the more it glitched. Eventually it stopped working as a whole.
