Sadly customer support is non-existent can’t recommend
I have had with this app for over a year the dates are wrong good days are bad & bad days are good, ekadasi is on the wrong date for my time zone, and I have emailed them over the year over 10 times with absolutely no return reply. I gave it a long trial and many chances for them to make it right and reply but they can’t be bothered to help even with the high price tag. So I “cannot” recommend it until such time they believe in the law of karma and do a good job & respond and fix all the bugs as the timeline and the moment times are also not in sinc and when you pick from the tool menu find dates to do things it’s not in sinc with the main Calender in the daily horoscope & so its also not in sinc hence way many glitches and they have not bothered to fix them. Also as we are vaisnava and thou we greatly respect maha deva all the mantra and rituals are mostly for Shiviya followers. We honor and respect greatly the great lord Shiva but it’s not generic for those of a different faith, also thou they state and seem to encourage devotional sentiment they do not have integrity with fixing such glaring issues & problems yet charging one of the highest prices for their app out there for no support and riddled with errors. May they appreciate and take to heart the law of karma & do what is right. Namaste 🙏
From Western to Vedic
As a self-curious astrology dabbler who got introduced to tropical astrology as a westerner but is enjoying going deeper into the Vedic wisdom traditions, Align27 has been such an easy and enjoyable app to learn about myself, auspicious times, and simple remedies. The educational emails have been an unexpected plus too!
Best Astrology App
This is by far my favorite astrology app, it is the most in depth and accurate, giving you an immense amount of tools to maximize your life. Very grateful.

Feels Like Scam
Extremely disappointed. Questions on this app go unanswered for days, and even when I do get a response, it's often nonsensical and unhelpful. It seems like there's a lack of expertise behind the answers. 2 Star for the app User experience features.
All about the money
I’m so sick of apps charging me money to do things when it should be free and then sell merchandise !
Inaccurate
The app is alot of bells and whistles but is very inaccurate and no prediction comes true. The Q & A service not good standards and whoever answers gives snippet answers without even looking at the chart or taking any personal astrology in account. I feel I have waited my money.
I really, really want to love this app
The UI is fantastic, but the information is generic/vague. I also struggle with the Premium subscription's value. I've been Premium for a few months to try it, but I can't justify the price any longer—especially since you don't get everything for free. Nor do you get discounted rates for paid services, such as questions. I paid for the 2024 horoscope but was incredibly disappointed by its generalities; the same goes for a question I paid to ask an astrologer—and it wasn’t cheap! I'm disappointed because it's an aesthetically appealing app, and it seems to check all the boxes until you realize the Premium version isn't much better.
High hopes but off to a bad start…
Love the interface and seamless design, but we’re off to a bad start when the app is unable to calculate my sun or rising sign correctly. Perhaps a glitch they still need to work out?
