Aligner Tracker App

App appears to not work. No way to correspond at all. No updates- kreep having to contact chat for any replies. Signed up in August for treatment - tomorrow is Dec 1st and still no procuct to show. Have made 4 payments & still no alignners.

The images get stretched, the texts are huge or very small. This looks like an app done with people in India.

I Paid almost a grand and have received 1 aligner that didn’t fit! Even though , when I took the impression , the guy said it was “perfect”. Now they want me to pay another $30 to do another impression kit. What flipping choice do I have??? I also ordered the beginning of JULY, it’s almost October at this point and I’ve received one ill fitting aligner. I’m not convinced they will even be able to straighten my teeth even if I do receive the aligners. Totally regretting my decision to go with this company. Save your time and $.

I was offered two projections and the progress does not make sense. I did not accept, and have been requesting a refund for a while and just got ignored. After I posted a negative review on Google, they reached out offered a partial refund. I insisted on a 100% refund and they said that only if I remove my negative review from Google. Please don't do it. DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM.

Good product and excellent customer service for at home teeth straightening product. Super impressed.

Ordered my aligners December 27th still nothing from you guys. It's a scam. Save your money. And even if you do happen to get aligners. They won't fix your teeth and they'll try and convince you that you need for trays for the work. And all the "reviews" on trust pilot are FAKE

I can’t update my Aligner progress.

Truthfully this app is extremely behind, it feels as though it was constructed by a child. It glitches constantly and honestly I feel like this app was made in 2010. Im currently on week 2 of 20 on my aligners and i haven’t had a problem yet, considering all of the other poor reviews i’m very anxious to see if my smile projection is actually what my teeth will look like.

I had the same experience as others have reported. My teeth were not straightened properly. My bite is off and the front teeth hit first. I did one “Revision” which they force additional payment for and my teeth are STILL not fixed. Waste of time and money and my teeth are worse off.

do not use app please do not. i am paying over 1 thousand to fix my teeth and what they gave me as my smile project is just ridiculous. the whole reason i am getting aligner is because i don’t like like the way my smile and teeth look so i chose to fix them or at least i thought i would be able to fix them and i’ve been back in fourth with them ever since they have sent my smile projection and all they have to say is that i need to get in person dental work keep in mind my teeth aren’t bad at all all straight just have gaps but what they sent back for the projection my bottom teeth looked good all straight but my top teeth was not good the picture showed my 4 front teeth pulled together in a group while the rest of my top teeth being unbothered so what i have left is 2 big gaps on either side of my 4 front teeth. very disappointing.
