The worst service you can find, as the Western Union transfer did not arrive more after more than five hours, and when contacting customer service, the response came after waiting more than 15 minutes. The solution provided by the employee was to update the data - even though the data is correct - and then wait 24 hours for the transfer to arrive. If it does not arrive, a refund of the transfer amount shall requested, and after 5 working days the amount should be returned to me after deducting the transfer fee. My first and last dealing with the application and Alinma Bank, God willing.

They just keep the money for days and you cannot even transfer it

I added money to Alinma pay wallet and now I am unable to transfer it to any other account since last 7 days. There is an error after entering OTP and customer care has not been able to resolve the issue. I want my money back and I dont need this app.

للأسف بعد التحويل بالدولار للخارج وتم الخصم من الحساب طلب تحديث لمعلومات المستفيد طيب انا فعلت المستفيد ليش طلبتم التحديث بعد الخصم وإلى الان الحوالة معلقة
