In our application you will find everything you need to travel around the country. From a full guide and lots of stories and facts, to a built-in navigator that will take you through all the nooks and crannies of the island.
Historical places:
The application contains the main highlights of Iceland's history. You will be able to visit the places, in which the history of the distant island was forged. From the places of bloody battles, the most ancient parliaments, old temples, places where witches were burned, former cities and events that disappeared in time, now you can visit and see them.
Natural attractions:
Iceland has one of the largest number of natural attractions in a small area. In our application, we have collected the most picturesque places, that will remain you for a long time in the form of memories. Hills of waterfalls, vents of incandescent volcanoes, centuries-old glaciers, powerful mountain ranges and more. The fauna of Iceland also has animals such as seals, deer, puffins and more. Descriptions and habitats of these animals are also available in this mobile guide.
Movie locations:
Yes, yes, now you can visit the scenery of such a movie´s as "Game of Thrones", "The Life of Walter Mitty", "Batman", "Lara Croft" and many, many others. The appendix describes the scenes that took place in a particular place and film.
Geothermal springs:
In Iceland, many geothermal hot springs are scattered throughout the island. Without exact coordinates, you cannot definitely find them, but they are so necessary for relaxation, after a whole day of travel and overflowing emotions.
Iceland history and facts about it:
All in One_Iceland gives you the opportunity to read a short history of Iceland, which marks key events in the history of the island. From the time when glaciers covered this part of the planet, until Iceland gained full independence and became one of the most prosperous countries in the world. Also in the section "facts about Iceland" you can get acquainted with the traditions and achievements of the inhabitants of the island.
City guides
When you start to get tired of traveling out of town, you´ll want a city life. We will help you to learn the stories of the main cities and towns of Iceland, as well as tell and guide you through the city's attractions.
Built-in GPS
The All in One_Iceland mobile guide has a built-in GPS navigator. It will help you build a route and guide you to your goal. Also in the navigator there is a function of "points of interest in the vicinity", which displays the points of interest along the way you travel.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
