App is awful, not at all user friendly, difficulty pre-paying so just gave up

Trying to book a taxi and the addresses don’t auto populate so you have to search through the map and drop the pin on where you want to go. Several times I’ve tried to change the destination and it reverts back

Doesn’t show real waiting times. Better of phoning them.

App is useless unable to get code to finish setting up the app. Put your phone number in just comes up code downloading in 60s All that comes comes up is four hashtags can resend same happens. Cabs are ok but can only book on phone. Useless

The App or website do not let you signup to create an account! Neither send you the validation code so you can’t register an account. Pointless having the app if you can’t even sign in to make bookings. For a taxi company that is so good with taxi rides, unfortunately the App and website are very disappointing, as is the support to try and fix it. You are losing out on business All Night Cars!

It's good and it works to book quickly, showing you where the cabs are. There could be some improvements to user experience when booking in advance and entering destinations. The email receipt does not work.

I love this app , it makes booking a taxi extremely easy and convenient. Drivers are always on time and u can get an estimate of how much it will cost before u book

Best cab app ever for dartford booked my cab turned up within 5 minutes will be using this again
