The All Sport Health & Fitness app uses the HealthKit that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
Your HealthKit sync data is only visible to you and is not sent to anyone but yourself.
