Phoned to say they couldn’t do pickup minutes before taxi due. Useless. Plane won’t wait for me.

As an ex employee of the company. I knew it was my best option for getting my niece home safely. Also I found the app very impressive. Thank you all.

Once you make a booking through the app, it is not possible to change the pickup time, which is a basic function that should be available. I phoned AllTheFours and was told that because it was booked through the app, they could not make a simple change to the pickup time. App is not fit for purpose, and that is being extremely polite and the service is just as bad. 🤬🤬

Terrible app. UI/UX is so basic. I have tried 8 time to prebook and to pay by Apple Pay. It fails every time and on every card and it wants the airline & flight data to be resubmitted every time. With the UI as bad as this I know the security for my card number will be worse. No way will I store a card on this app.

Used a few times and cannot set correct pickup address keeps defaulting to where it thinks you are

The app is painful. Every time you use it it sends you a text message to upgrade to the new app, even when you are already using it. The “set your pickup point” is slow and very unintuitive. The app does not let you differentiate between railway stations car parks eg Livingston North from Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is painful for the passenger and the taxi driver. When you want to edit an existing booking, the app is too slow to react to the changes, so you don’t know if the requested change has gone through or not, but you get a message advising of minimum charges for credit card use ! Just unhelpful and not any use at all.

Use another company, I prebooked a taxi and it didn’t arrive. Their response was there must not be anyone available despite booking 10 hours ago.

Absolutely useless. Pre-booked a taxi for the 3rd time with you- 3rd time that my taxi never appeared. Deleting this and finding a new company.
