So I downloaded the app and I just kept putting in the link and pasting it , and all I see is ads . everytime you click “find” it sends you right to an ad , and I’m kinda used to it at this point but you won’t get your pictures or videos in the right time you want or need it . Yes this is your guys company but I think you guys should at least take out the ads because you get the ads non stop .

I just subscribed to this app, and I have yet to be able to successfully download anything from the above two mentioned services… I and glad I only did the 1 week as I fell robbed

This is rubbish you better don’t waste your time and data to download, you will keep on watching ads till your internet subscription get finished, rubbish, I just deleted mine

every time i try to download a video, it wont even save. ads are relentless and possibly is the reason why the video never even downloads. i literally tried to get this app to download the same link twice (no the original video from the link isnt deleted) and not once did a download occur. please fix this

Video got downloaded without audio. Please fix it. No audio

1) It will not open. 2) Once it opens, all you can see are advertisements that you couldn't get rid of for a good 2.5 minutes. After that, a game jumps at you, and another game follows. Maybe after a few hours, one could have used it. 😠

It didn’t last 2 minutes I deleted it immediately, updating you guys. 1 it comes with 5 ads before you can download one testing video 2 even if you finally downloads it, the Audio of the Facebook video won’t play and I really love to subscribe to their app. But it’s a no for me to download app without no audio on the video
