Can’t find a way to cancel the “free trial”

The app wouldn’t let me login and once I decided the subscription wasn’t for me I went to unsubscribe and there was no easy way for me to do so. Still trying to find a way to unsubscribe as I don’t wish to be paying for a platform that I can’t even login to!

Don’t even bother with the app. Cancelled in the first few minutes of having the app. Not worth it even if it’s a free month.

You cannot even search for titles there is a limited list to chose from and none of which were on anyone’s book clubs lists. Don’t quote me on that I’m sure there is somewhere but it wasn’t for me. And I don’t ever leave reviews but I couldn’t let this one go. Don’t waste your time or money on this super crappy app.

I couldn’t unsubscribe and emailed and asked to be unsubscribed and they still charged me this month. Wouldn’t recommend at all. I even cancelled my free trial after 20 minutes. And still got charged.

There was no way to search their inventory of books before having to create an account that only accepted a certain type of payment and when I tried to delete my account for not appreciating their lack of inventory I found myself having to email them asking them to delete my account. Not to mention the charged $1.06. The service for 30 days IS NOT FREE!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫❌❌❌☠️☠️☠️ Besides being the shadiest, shoddiest website ever, THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL. They don’t even have a phone line like some people mention here, just an email. What a mistake, and now they have my credit card info … DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

but nothing linked to worked. “error downloading” there is no option to cancel in the account or help sections. this app is a scam. avoid. i’ve emailed to cancel so that i have proof of cancellation for my credit card dispute. luckily i used an otherwise empty card because i had concerns

Please cancel my 30 day trial and my subscription. I’ve tried to search for two books and I am unable to find them. Thank you.

After eventually finding the search function to be one of the many many page link options in the menu dropdown instead of a simple box search on any page, I discovered that not one of the books I wanted to read was available or offered. Google searching for the book misled me to a allyoucanbooks link that appeared to have the title in stock… nope. App and website desperately need to be upgraded and made intuitive for people who want to read books instead of for people who want to pay to be frustrated to search for books they can’t read. All I can give is one star.
