Please check app maintenance, I can’t access the app for a long time now. It has a notification of “Maximum allowed devices reached” when in fact I only access this app with one device, it has been 3 months since the last time I can access this app.

I thought it’s a complete online account opening process. They are asking me to go at the selected branch to submit the same ID documents during the online application and to activate the account. I just wasted my time creating the account with Allbank.

Kindly check mobile app maintenance as I faield to open my account with notification - Maximum allowed devices reached*** Considering I used to open the app on only 1-mobile device. Hoping you could check this out and made corrections.

Ano tong maximum device reached? Anong meaning nito?

I don’t know what kind of apps do you have. I was able to open the account and with account number but the apps don’t have system to transact, transfer and bills payment. Sayang naman ito. Na kulangan ako sa gumawa nito.

App is very intuitive and excellent performance

I can’t do bank transfers because the app isn’t sending me an OTP no matter how many times I try to resend it.

The “open an account” function is missing for those that are using ios devices.
