Really slow and unintuitive to use

Buggy app, can’t even select the program

Hi hi Team, we have issue in login screen. I cannot able to select program

There is no e card in the app!!!! Please fix

The app keeps asking user to accept terms and conditions repeatedly and sometimes user is not even able to check the box. OTP is also not received so that you are not able to view claims. This app needs a complete overhaul. The interface is so old fashioned and user unfriendly

Tried multiple times to submit a claim but did not work.

I am not able to upload my claims despite several attempts on my iphone. It’s really frustrating

This App is a mess

Stupid apps , I’m very urgent to find clinic, this apps always loading loading loading cannot use the apps. Cheap!

I tried submitting claims and the screen turning a while then nothing happened. I went to check claim history and there is nothing. I delete and download the app again, it appears the same. I tried to use my husband’s old tablet and my claims can go through…. Please update your app, it is not friendly. No wonder rating is so low…….
