The app turned out to be a great disappointment. It’s said to expect nothing for a reason. And yet the big name made me think the app would be an user friendly and informative tool for mobile banking. It doesn’t look good. The UI isn’t informative. On top of that to reach for the austere visual a second authentication with the use of another app is needed. Apart from that the bank issues the user with a user name. Nothing of the above mentioned could be skipped, changed or removed.

The latest update fixed all defects, reported by me with my previous review
Latest release destroyed saved templates
Recently my saved templates lack recipient iban removed. Making the templates useless.
Other than that, the app is generally good.
The transaction reports are bad too.
Biometry
I cant allow log in by pin or biometry, the app write error опитай ПАК

Добре е, че вече може да се логваме с биометрични данни - благодарности за ъпгрейда!
Може би обаче не е нужно логинът да се одобрява през втората апликация - SmartID. Така излиза, че се потвърждава биометричния логин с... още един биометричен логин.
Освен това, след влизане често ми излиза pop-up да си добавя банковата карта в Apple Wallet, въпреки, че вече е добавена.
Това прави 8/10, всичко друго е топ!

- изчезнаха всички Платежни- Макети, както и липсва актуална информация за движение по сметка!!!!

Non functional and non operational app. When I wanted to reject a waiting transfer, I pressed reject and then I got the message “confirm payment “
There is nothing to improve here, you need to build a new app…

По-добър дизайн, по-бъгаво от преди
Макар, че е разкрасено от предишната версия, това продължава да е една лимитирана екселска таблица.
Новата версия крашва и изхвърля от приложението постоянно.
Редовно има проблеми с отварянето след автентикация.
Старото, макар и изключително грозно и остаряло, беше по-добро

Вече месец и нещо не мога да използвам основна функционалност на приложението (преводи) понеже ми избиват грешки.
Трябва да се разхождам до офисите и да ви плащам такси. Да бяхте оставили старото прилижение.
Има напредък
Изчистено е, но липсват функционалности.
При преводите липсва “чакащи подпис” например.
Не може да се използва вече нареден превод за създаване на нов.
Има още работа….
