This review has been edited to reflect my later experience. After a buggy startup the app was deleted and reinstalled. Seemingly a glitch appeared for some reason. The app is working perfectly and was able to take my first ride.

I've been trying for months to verify my account, uploaded all my documents a couple times and it still hasn't been verified, therefore I can't order a ride. Completely useless! I wish Uber could return because Trinidad isn't ready to create these kinds of experiences.

I’ve been very skeptical of ride shares in Trinidad but this one works flawlessly! There’s a lot of drivers so it’s very convenient to book to ride and the drivers do their best to make sure you’re comfortable too. The app works great, there’s lots of info and immediate feedback notifications. You feel safe because the company is always on the ball. I highly recommend it!!

Safe, affordable, reliable and great service! Never had an issue. The drivers are pleasant and it’s the only service I would recommend.
