The process of signing up was very easy, but scheduling shifts was very difficult. Most of the shifts on the app were too many miles away, it was never anything available for my location, and when I did try to book shifts they were quickly denied without reason. I ended up deleting my account.

I never have any issues and if I do, they are very fast to call and work with you. A good company to work for.

Since working for AllShifts I have used the 24/7 chat for questions and concerns with immediate replies. It shows they care getting back to their employees quite quickly and make sure everything is complete and understood. Thank you

Best Agency Great Pay

I have been super excited to start back with the company. I previously worked while it was American staffing and it was pretty great! Just recently I’ve had a really tough time navigating the system and trying to figure out how to accept shifts. I found myself “resigning” after clicking on a tap in which I thought would allow me to see more shifts when in reality it pulled me away from applying to the shifts for an entire month!!!! I’m normally pretty tech savvy but this incident should be fixed. Like ASAP! I have also messaged the chat team and have gotten no response on how to reverse it. It was also worded very strangely to where it would cause anyone to be confused on opting in out our to be a contractor/ an employee. I hope they can better word and fix that aspect of it because I’d like to go to work ! Other than that, the process for uploading documents have been smooth and easy. I hope they can fix this problem. Still do give these guys a try ad everyone’s experience is different 💛🙏🏾

For some reason in Delaware its hard to get shifts, but I like that it’s instant pay

Very responsive and helpful staffing, really does get you where you need to be and makes sure you get paid!

This is honestly one of the best nursing apps. I have had a great experience thus far. Show up to work on time, complete your time sheet, submit and get paid. It’s very simple. The best part is the variety of work available: LTC, schools, Day clinics, etc. No other apps are offering that.
