All South no longer carries the card control app which means i’m no longer able to lock and unlock my card

Downloaded the app about 2 hours ago enrolled and it’s been loading my accounts for at least 30-45 minutes and it ain’t never finished loading

I like the look of the new site and how I can move what I want to see on the home page but losing card control and losing text banking for checking balances are a BIG loss and really made the change less convenient overall not more. Losing card control is the biggest drawback

I don’t understand why y'all took away the feature that allows you to lock your card smh. As much as I was loving the app, I’m thinking about moving my account else where.

I have been using this version of this app for a year now. I did not like it initially and still don’t. The bill pay portion is horrible. It has too many steps to navigate. No place to view history. The old version of bill pay was 100% better. I keep hoping it will be updated with a better version. I have considered changing banks based solely on the bill pay option. Frustrating!! 3-26-24 The new update is even worse than the previous one. It is not easier to use. It won’t let you edit a reoccurring transfer. The print is smaller and lighter on color making it more difficult to se and read.

Is there no card control with this update? How can I turn card off ?

App is much better than before but still lacks. It would be GREAT if I could pay electronically via Wells Fargo bank account directly in the app (bill pay/zelle didn’t work). I was told I had to use website / one time payment option. Prior to this I was going to the branch every month in person to pay and was getting charged “cash advance” fees by my bank. Almost refinanced away and still may if this doesn’t get better.

Where the heck is cardcontrol i cant even lock my card anymore what if it gets stolen

Prior to the update, the app now is very flawed. I don’t have any issues with the app layout & functions however, I find it very frustrating that it doesn’t have the functionality to turn off my debit card when I’d like to. It used to be a card control feature which allowed this but there is not one anymore. This is deeply upsetting as I loved the option to turn off and on my debit card when needed.

I am not a fan of the new app. The font is too small and the color of the font doesn’t help. Additionally the log out button is not readily available which means you have to click here and then click there just to log out. Finally, the log in with Face ID doesn’t always work. I thought this had something to do with my phone but every other app that used my Face ID worked fine. None the less…the previous app seemed more user friendly.
