Apple TV app no longer works

Used to love this app having subscribed for 3 years but I won’t be renewing. Trying to do too many things that I’m not looking for in my life from an app.

Poor privacy standards

Not possible to delete the account from the account settings page. FAQ does not include any information on account deletion. One needs to dig into the Privacy Policy to find the appropriate contract. Very poor imo.

Excellent

Being a rehab physio this is an excellent app. Variation of types of classes/time and instructors. You will find who you like to work with and the ones I use are of excellent quality with regressions and progressions. Love it.

Excellent instruction, and range of movement practices

Been practicing with Alo Moves since before COVID and can highly recommend it. Truly excellent production quality and Insta-famous instructors. But don’t get the wrong idea, they are all first class teachers too. Dylan, Patrick, Megan, and more bring unique styles and pacing, allowing you to switch up your practice, challenge yourself and level up way fast. In my opinion, a better way to explore movement than in person classes.

Love it

I’ve been using this app for 6 years now. It’s excellent. So much choice. There is always time to do something. The sound meditations are lovely too. Enjoy your journey.

Beware trying to get a refund.

I has trouble using their discount code so the customer support told me to sign up for full price and they would refund the difference. Two months later they still wont refund the difference and have now passed me to Apple. It’s a shame as I like the content and in particular Dylan Werner Strength series which has the progression I’m looking for.

Part of my daily wellness journey

Been using the yoga programs for years and now I’m expanding its use to other meditation and new yoga styles. Definitely has transformed my way of thinking about yoga and somehow my relationship with my body.

Amazing

This is my first app review ever but I just had to come on and say that this app is truly top notch. Out of the few classes I’ve tried so far they have probably been the best fitness videos I’ve ever watched, from the quality of teaching to the videography and the personality and styles of different teachers on there, in addition to just the huge catalogue of content, you’re guaranteed to find a fitness style that suits you. As someone who hates the gym and likes movement but never found the right motivation to make it a daily routine, I honestly now truly look forward to my mornings with Alo! Especially as postpartum momma with little time and a whole body to retrain and strengthen, I’ve loved being able to find Me time with the training on here.

Keeps crashing!

Only signed up yesterday. Did one class and the app kept crashing when I tried to play in on my TV. Day two today and it’s doing the same. It cannot be me as I have been using online programs for several years and other then a glitch or two I have never had any problems before. So far it’s been a nightmare.

Be careful

No way to cancel I have unsubscribed in feb through apple which I confirmed with them They have taken a further 2 months money - apparently they can’t sort it I am fuming as I now need to cancel my bank account in order for them to stop robing me Very very disappointing- AVOID Customer services are useless
