When I put in an address you automatically put in the area I want to fly therefore putting me into a 0 found clearance where I want to fly is 100 foot ceiling. Why not make the app adjustable fly area

I just earned my Part 107 certification and this app has been working great so far. Honestly not sure as to why there are so many poor reviews. 5 stars, thank you Aloft!

This new app is worse than the old one in every way that I can tell. To start, it logs you out every time, so you have re-enter your email and password whenever you open the app. They haven’t added FaceID support yet, and the app won’t stay logged in. I tapped ‘change password’ in the app, and it opened up an in-app web browsing window which just said “download app” with links to the App Store and google play, even though I was already in the app! Overall it feels like a poor mobile website wrapped up as an app. The workflow for getting commercial LAANC authorization is much clunkier and less efficient as well, requiring more steps and taps to get there.

The UX on this app is horrible. Portrait view switches to landscape and won’t auto rotate. Hard to request flight approvals. Unbelievable how a design like this can be approved and sent out to customers. Spend some time and money on the UX/UI of this app!!!! Do some user testing!!!!!

This new app works for the Mavic Air 2s?

The app is very cumbersome to use. The login screen is very annoying having two separate screens where you have to fill out the email each time. It also crashes each time I try to create a mission making it absolutely un-usable. Seriously, the digital flight log is the reason ai started using kittyhawk but with our that I’ll be switching to something where I can actually log flights. I don’t get why this company keeps insisting on changing their name and app. This is just going to keep pushing clients to other apps that use to be worse products. But at least these other apps work.

Wow, these developers could be press secretaries at toxic waste site. Or they could sell us sand in the sahara. the old version just worked. New ver adds complexity to a straightforward process. Ppl vote with their feet, it may take a while but I bet the new app will decline...

Aloft was perfect for setting up LAANC. This app however Can’t even Skip the login page. Already tried resetting password and signing up with new email to no avail. Don’t bother. I HIGHLY recommend using AirMap as an alternative. Cheers!
