Fails to recognize account
After three days the app disconnected from the dehumidifier. For some reason the password wasn’t remembered by my iPhone but selecting “forgot password” doesn’t work - it fails to recognize the user name (an email address). The only alternative is to create a new account. I’ve done this twice. With both accounts it’s failing to recognize the user name and now I’m unable to use the app without creating a third email address. When it worked it was terrific and I’d have given 4 stars (4 because the history didn’t seem to work - I’d like to know how many hours it was on/off each day). Given the poor reviews, it’s about time Alorair chased up their developer or found a new one. While the dehumidifier appears to be very good, these terrible reviews for the app (which isn’t actually needed to run the thing) will lessen confidence in the company and lose them sales.
