It’s quick and easy to use, just register your details once and we will find your favourite pick up points for all future bookings.
Through this app you can:
• Order a taxi
• Cancel a booking
• Track the vehicle on the map as it makes its way towards you!
• Receive real-time notifications of the status of your taxi
• Pay by cash or with card
• Order a taxi for an exact pick-up time
We will notify you with confirmation of your booking and when your vehicle has been dispatched.
Order taxis discretely in a noisy place without a phone call.

With our app you book directly into our booking and dispatch system which provides you with a priority service.
Alpha Cars launched in 1993 and is largest private hire companies in the Basingstoke and Deane area. We operate from our base in Joices yard, Basingstoke town centre, and from Basingstoke train station. We cover all surrounding areas. Please call 01256 844 444, if you are outside of our region.
All of our vehicles and drivers are fully licensed and regulated by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, offering you the peace of mind that you are using a reputable, fully accountable taxi company.
All of our vehicles are fitted with the latest GPRS technology, ensuring complete traceability and accountability of all journeys and allows the user to track the status/location of their taxi at all times.

Cars Never Gets Dispatched via App Booking
I’m officially writing my first review on App Store. I’ve had several bad experience booking taxis through this app. It confirms your bookings but rides will never get dispatched except you ring in. I’ve decided to delete this app and continue ringing in to book
Can’t even signup
Requests PIN, takes ages to deliver and then complains when I type the 4 digit code in.
Poor app
Service was great the last time ordered from their app and I will probably return in future. The only thing I didn’t like is when you request ride on the app, it does not forecast how much the fare will be, I had to ring office and ask them the price.
Terrible app
Come on. Not that difficult. It’s taken me 15 min on the app to book a taxi…
Poor app and poor service
Hardly ever able to book taxi and if you can it’s late! General message is that high demand unable to take bookings! But how is it always high demand? Time to move aside and let a real taxi firm into Basingstoke
Doesn’t work
This app just doesn’t work, tried uninstalling it and then installing it, no joy, even went old school and phoned them up, the answer phone message was as download the app 🙄, went to another taxi firm instead. Spend you hard earned Mowbray else where.
How do you book
I plan ahead. I can’t see how to anything other than order a taxi for immediate pick up
Unreliable!
we booked a taxi tonight 24hours in advance and they did not turn up or call us to say the could not do it. Why bother to book?
Honestly a complete waste of time
If you making a booking 30 minutes in advance it will automatically confirm the booking, and then cancel it just before it was due to arrive because they haven’t got drivers available. Its like a really dreadful and badly made version of uber that literally does not work.
