Very pothetic services

Very poor services every they have issues in there application no calls on time very disappointing third class traker service

Very bad service ive been a user of Alpha track for the past year or so the very first days were good but as time went i was given no location of my car no sms no call. when i called then no good justification was given nor they knew the location of my car. Agr apke pas muft k paisa haa toh lagwaie wana nai

Not happy with their services. They say one thing and do opposite. United Tracker are far more better from them in term of expense and quality of services. Moreover, their customer response is also efficient

Alpha Tracker company staff keeps asking about location of client’s car from the owner / client himself instead of keeping check on their tracking / monitoring system at their own, which is their primary obligation.

The company is so comparative easy and secure with very easygoing products and reliable service and Very quick response

Very poor customer service it took them three days to respond to the issue many bugs in the app I don’t really recommended it

They have provided us a very bad service and they have very low employees and poor service

The Company doesn’t care about its clients. Often Delayed response or No Response at all is a routine. Customers relations is degrading, SMS are stopped without plausible justification, fake signals are also noticed. Overall a third rated Car Tracker Company which do not meet the international standards at all. I have my 2x cars with them but can say it with surety that they do not protect your car as you wish to.
