The app is nice *when it works*, but half the time it notifies you that the truck is nearby but then it’s outside of the zone to request it. Then you just watch the truck drive away from you on the little map. Don’t notify me if I can’t request a stop.

We love the alsie’s trucks and they frequent my community often. They do not, however, come near my culdesac and even though I will continually use the app the request a visit, it never seems to change their direction. Why does this feature exist if they drivers ignore it

I love this app! I can see when one of the trucks is in my area and I can even request to have the truck come by my house! The Nightingale ice cream sandwiches are amazing!!

This app is great! I am able to locate an ice cream truck near me and even get it to come to me or stop it if I am close enough. It is occasionally glitchy, but majority of the time works well.

Makes no sense. Can’t do anything in the app. Can’t request visits. Literally serves no purpose.
