Promising but I don’t know if you have app testers, when testing, test with less phones and networks because it deprives this set of people from using the app. Most especially when it gets to the TERMS and CONDITION page. Like i said it’s promising but please work more on the app especially the Terms and condition page.

I’ve been tryna login my bank app but it was not working only for me to try to update it on App Store to find out that y’all have developed a new app. Now that’s not the issue, the issue here is I downloaded the new app since day before yesterday, been tryna log in my details but to no avail!!! I even tried to register all over again but to no avail too!!! And the funniest of it is me trying “Forgot Password” and proceeding to input my BVN but to no avail too!!! Dear Sterling Bank, I’m begging y’all to do something about this, this is not the first time this is happening fr. why do I always have to face one or two issues whenever you whole lot developed a new app huh. Please do something about it!!!!

Is this app functioning or not because I don’t understand what’s going on

This is the most terrible bank app I have ever seen in my life why will just because I want create account my phone is just slow and getting hit unnecessarily plus the app is low an consume a lot of data pls sack you developers if they are not capable cos this is very terrible and I’m highly disappointed

Imagine not being able to use the bank app for 2 weeks! And nothing has been done even after complaining severally. If alt bank was the only bank I had, the level of frustration I would have had would be insane! I never leave reviews but this time I had to because I can’t imagine having money and not being able to spend it. Please do better. I was impressed by you guys in the beginning and was even referring people to you but now I can’t .

I appreciate the innovative iterations, making it easy and simple. Changes and enhancements are easy to note, I like that.

Only thing available is security question , am I doing something wrong?
