Every single time I use this app, it’s drives me insane, crashes, slow, wipes your progress, and does not respond. Puts me off going to the establishments that use it.

No auto fill, can’t save card details. What is the point?

They take the money but the order doesn’t seem to go to the restaurant so you don’t get the food. Then the restaurant can’t refund you as it was an app order. Better off not using and just going to the place to order. Shame really.

Poor to use. No option for support. Had a terrible experience at the restaurant and no help at all offered. No support options on app. Will not use again.

Painful slow, like the service

This app is so irritating, completely counterintuitive to use, buttons an links that are in such small text you can’t read them. Hangs between order and payment page then crashes. Like an app from 2010.

Clunky, buggy, terrible UX, just all around a pain to use. 8 times out of 10 I end up going to the counter to order. Most recently, the guy at the till said I had to use the app; I said it wasn’t working and was about to explain why and he just said “I believe you, it’s a horrible app”..

So temperamental when using it’s a fingers crossed moment when you order hoping it works… says it uses Apple Pay etc yet does not give options to do so when paying! Useless!

Absolutely bone chilling experience. As others have said, no auto fill and have to manually enter data. Even copy and paste from a password manager like 1Password causes payments to fail. Nice that they have icons for all the payment services they don’t use on the checkout screen. Seems daft to have the Apple Pay logo but no functionality. Probs for show I guess. If they’re going to continue enforcing this app, it needs serious work.

Very bad user experience, slow to respond. Auto fill is dodgy. No Apple Pay or PayPal/simple payment method. A laborious slog through a confused interface. My friend opted to leave rather than waste more time. I imagine this app works as an effective paywall for the older generation or those less familiar with tech.
