I can’t even use mines no more it won’t even connect my camera and when it does it clicks off when I go view

Does not work at all anymore.

Keeps Crashing

App crashes when the camera or live video is clicked on. Also crash’s when recordings are clicked. Useless.

Will not update to work with latest OS as of Nov 2024 no longer working

Apple did its latest update in Nov 2024 and now the Altec Smart Security system no longer works. Shuts down when I try to click on the video. They need to update the software to work with latest Apple update
