It is difficult & sometimes impossible to access. Terrible app!!!

It allows me to have access to my PHI. Love it

Some how, my account is locked for security reasons. I follow the prompts to reset my password, and it regurgitates the same reasoning to not let me access my account. There is no way to contact someone to help find out why, and let me gain access to prescriptions my doctor has ordered for me to get.

Doesn’t let you login. Hunk of absolute junk

The Log Out button is not apparent, if there is one…

Why does Apple allow this app? It’s clearly an attempt to appear as Athena health. Hopefully nobody is stealing logins on the backend.

Terrible app. Both the professional personal health ones. Tried to log in. Asks me for security questions I move never answered. Try to set up an account ask for code but they have no info to send a code. Chasing my tail.

No improvement here, unless you’re from another planet???! Spent 3 hrs trying to navigate this nightmare! Another reason for a Federal Healthcare System & less IT personnel that CAN write codes! Joe schmoo

Logging in is pretty much basic to an app. This one doesn’t let you login. Use a browser.

This is perhaps the worst patient portal I’ve ever experienced. It’s impossible to login nearly every time on iPhone and iPad “login error” message. All I want to do is send a message to my doctor and this unfriendly platform will not let me send a message via the app nor the website. Getting logged in is a difficult task. Reading messages a challenge. Sending a message, well that’s impossible. The developers of this platform should be ashamed.
