Took me about a week to just send an amount through them. Struggled with creating an account through the website as they advised that website does not work well. Then struggled to upload my ID proof with the app. Took me about 4 days just to get it uploaded. Every time I upload it the app is having a glitch and never send the doc.. also not all of their payment methods they are listing works..

The App is not friendly ,when your answer to the question is not correct, doesn’t give explanation or a guidance to get right. Sometimes it does accept incorrect info

The operation was very efficient and fast.

The only reason have not give five star is I think your Apps need update. Because it does not allow to change the Receiver address. As you know because of the war in Khartoum relatives & Freind left Khartoum and they are in cities which you provide your services. I have trouble to call you to change it. Best regards to Mohammed.
