Altruist Client

Before my advisor moved to Altruist I was stuck using an archaic app with endless amounts of unnecessary information. Now I can see all I want to see in one simple dashboard.

A quality app for both the end client and the clients advisor. It’s easy to navigate and it doesn’t lack any necessary features. It also doesn’t have unnecessary features. I love the UX design, too.

Maybe I am missing something but I can’t even see my holdings - just a split between stocks and bonds. None of the detail below it. What’s up with that??? Terrible.

This recent update for the two-factor sign in thingy. Now it doesn’t allow you to sign in. Try to sign in online then it wants to direct you to the app, which doesn’t work. Thx! It’s so great when they “update” apps and they don’t work any longer! So much fun!

Crashes constantly, very unstable and unpredictable.

Very hard to log in. Always show running circle! So disappointed

Would like it to be like the rest of my apps and auto update. But almost every time you log in it asks to update the app to the newest version.

I have app auto updates turned on, you don't need to prompt me every time I launch the app.

Worked good until a week ago. Now signs you out daily and facial recognition doesn’t work. Please fix it.

This app is so easy to use and understand. I am so glad my advisor switched over to the Altruist platform. I’ve been very happy with all aspects of this company.
