This would be a really good app if it did not crash all the time!!!

The app made me try to login in. The temporary passwords are not being sent to email or via text message. I can’t access the app at all. I have deleted and reinstalled and restarted my phone.

Got this on my employer recommendation for our health plan. App crashes constantly, stalls out constantly. Useless to get points if I can’t use it.

The app regularly crashes or has an error loop. The refresh for connected devices is quite slow. It’s an overall poor experience.

It seems like there is always an issue with this app. I frequently have to delete the app and reinstall just to get it to sync with Apple. Now the dates have been missing from the points for several weeks so I’m not sure if it is syncing or not. This would be a nice app if the bugs were worked out. *Updating 11.8.24 to respond to the developer: Can you “educate me” on when the dates will be available again? Previously the date would be on each point line, but has now been missing for some time. So again, I don’t know what has synced and what hasn’t.

This app is awful to use. Not user friendly what so ever. Sometimes I’m not even able to click on certain buttons or check something on a list. MyFitnessPal won’t connect to the app. I also wish we got rewards based off our Apple Watch goals that I hit daily.

ZERO STARS. I have never been able to login to this app. I have my username and every time I click forgot password and submit, I get “something went wrong” Totally and 100% useless and worthless.

Really enjoying this app.
