Cannot access account after I updated the app. But I am able to access via the website.

Crashes instantly on my iPhone, same problem even upon reinstalling. App used to be great and functional before this problem.

I love this app I love the fact that it’s cheap and the data banks up I also love that when it’s your birthday you get 5 extra for like 10 days I think but seriously the best data app ever this was my first phone and I have had it for about 8 months and I have used this data app for that long no problems so far and hopefully none ever!!!!

I was recently scammed by someone who got hold of my credit card details. At the same time my monthly payment to amaysim was due, which couldn’t be done because I had to cancel my credit card to stop scammers charging money to it. I got a brief message from amaysim and then soon after amaysim shut my internet and outgoing calls down. This caused all kinds of hassles, reliant like most people are on smart phones. Amaysim could have averted this by suggesting alternative forms of payment, offering a bit more time, or some other way for polite leverage.
