Imports music from Spotify & Apple Music. Tone ans speed can be adjusted with good precision. Loops can be set easily and repetitions have several posibilities of adjustment. Hightly recomended to practice singing or playing a musical instrument.

I've enjoyed the program for years. I needed to reinstall the slowdowner, so I installed the lite version and then tried to restore the full version. Which never restored, even after more than an hour of waiting and several attempts.

This was my go to app for a couple years learning new music, that is until it was no longer compatible Spotify. The only way to use this app now is to subscribe to Apple Music, which I will never do. Hopefully ASD can make amends with Spotify.

App doesn’t work. Supportive even after Spotify removal, paid for songs through apple, and now the app just doesn’t work at all.

The first knock on this app is the removal of support for Spotify songs. Sorry, but once something is offered, taking it away is not okay. Like if you feed birds at a feeder in your yard. When you stop, many birds die after becoming dependent on your food. The second knock is that after the removal of Spotify, I loaded many songs into the app, and sometime between the last time I used it and now, all of my songs (and the organization I invested) have disappeared. I guess somebody decided to change the app and didn't allow for backward compatibility. Now, to get back to where I was, I will need to invest more time and effort just to get back to where I was. Overall, it's a decent program with many fine features, but I feel reluctant to become dependent on it again. I have a Mac and will probably go back to using that....

I was just sorting and cleaning up my files on ASD and realized that I have been using it regularly for over ten years on an ipad. Works beautifully for learning by ear. Amateur fiddler here with classical music background and I find I need to get my eyes off the page : )

This app worked well with Spotify but can’t access it anymore. Apple Music will stream through it but some of the sliders are disabled, for example you can’t change the pitch. Unfortunate and sad.

Title says it all. Only thing it will link to is Apple Music and it is not supported

The biggest drawback is that you cannot change pitch with tracks downloaded directly from Apple Music. Is there a fix for this??
