Amazon Store Card

I got this card 6 months ago and have paid every bill on time ,they reduced my limit for no apparent reason which in turn dropped my credit score so I have to agree with the 90%of people who said the same thing, that this card will hurt your credit it’s setup to do just that Please do not get this card .synchrony is in the business to destroy credit I will be turning this into BBB

This is by far the worst app for a card/bank I’ve ever used. You make your payments on time and it takes FOREVER for them to show up and sometimes it makes it look as though your account is in the negative even though the money has cleared your bank account. Make it make sense please!! They will lower your credit at any given moment and time without notice or for any good reason. I’ve never missed a payment, I pay more than my amt due and I pay on time EVERY SINGLE TIME!! It messes with your credit score when they do that and it pisses me off!! As soon as I’m done paying off I will never use card again! If Amazon was smart they would ditch this trashy place fast!

It really is ridiculous how it takes several days for a payment to post to your Amazon card even after it clears your bank. It takes forever for the available credit to reflect your payment. It’s 2024.

Now I can drill down and see the description of what I buy

I enjoy being able to see my transactions and balance. I also like to make my payments on the app.

Even after feedback is received, there is a pop-up asking for feedback EVERY time I open the app. You have to dismiss the pop-up before you can view your account. It’s maddening! This has been going on for MONTHS.

Every time I open the app, a pop up opens that asks me to rate the app that I have to close. I have rated the Amazon card app in the past with a good score and did not want to rate it again.

Love this ap! I can check purchases right on statement. Each charge shows what items were purchased. This ap allows me to manage my account in no time at all!
