Ambrogio Remote

The map location usually puts my mower in a field miles away. Tricky to keep an eye on my mower I have to relocate my lawn manually. When a fault occurs the app locks you out of control options. You have to connect next to the mower via Bluetooth or mower controls to do anything. After using a Husqvarna robot & app for years its has its issues, the Ambrogio mower is better the controls are really nothing like as good. Simple intuitive controls should be the starting point.

I’ve never got this app to work successfully. It’s a disaster. I’ve given up on it, just use the mower by pressing the buttons on it. It sort of half worked at one point but just getting it to connect to the mower exhausted my patience. I’ve downloaded the app again but now it won’t connect at all, which is a relief as I won’t waste any more time with it.

It crashes constantly . Unable to connect to the robot 99% of the time . All updates fail . It only gets worse not better . It’s the first unusable app I’ve experienced .

Worst user experience ever. Buggy app. Terrible!! Will not be buying another one of these mowers

I’d give in no stars if I could - Its unusable. The first incarnation of this app was far from ideal with a hopeless user interface. This latest version is far worse. My dealer tells me that he’s had countless complaints. A great shame because on the face of it, the interface has been improved. I suspect it was released without any proper real world testing. Until it is fixed properly I’d avoid Ambrogio.

No instructions on how to use the app, not impressed at all.. Love the mower when I’m able to get it to work..

This version is pants- a massive step back in tech. Most of the time I can’t connect to the mower. The mower keeps dying mid cut- I am having to move the mower back to the base every few hours. Please sort it out as my mower has moved from my number 1 gadget to a pain in the ***.

The workmode option allowed Auto to be turned on/off on old app. Can we have this back please. Being able to do it over the ‘cloud’ would be even better.

Finally an app update that allows a firmware update for your robot after this feature was removed a year or so ago. Don't do it! I've just bricked my Elite 4.36. Oh and this app is also generally shameful.

Latest release of app is crashing all the time. Cannot access settings (crash), cannot send remote commands (crash). New version is even worse design than before. Looks like robot software has been messed up too - multiple times it’s bumped into a border around trees, can’t decide whether to go left or right, goes straight ahead and bumps into the border again. After three goes, it backs off a short way, stops and sends a message it’s blocked. It isn’t difficult to program it to go in a different direction when it bumps into something. Great mower, rubbish programming.
