Once they got your information you can’t cancel
This is the hardest company to get ahold of . One of my tracker went bad and I cannot cancel it . No one to get on the phone and they don’t get back to my emails

I’ve had a very bad experience with the customer service on my GPS device. I would not recommend their service at all. I was paying 19.99 for a monthly subscription, but once in a while I was not receiving sms notifications. I would contact customer service and the issue was fix temporarily. About a week ago, the same issue happened and I contacted customer service again, now they said I ran out of text notifications and wanted to charge me about 30.00 extra on top of my monthly service. I didn’t agree to pay more! Not only that, today I received an email displaying a 77.00 charge on a quarterly subscription which I also didn’t approve, I’ve emailed them about the charges and they block my email. I called customer service and didn’t want to refund the money charged. Also, I’m still not receiving sms notifications. Do not use their service.
I use the app when I travel so that family can track our location, the app and device both work in Mexico.
I was moving and had it packed in one of my boxes that was on the moving truck. Never did track truck and could not get in touch with anyone. Now that I’m not using it, I can’t get in touch with anyone to cancel subscription. Would not recommend.
This app just got an update and it’s great now. The GPS is accurate and this company has been good to work with. I had one of the magnet holders fall off a vehicle and they issued me a new one, I just had to register the new device and deactivate the lost one.
