Slow banking, bad support

Much better than that junky and buggy MyAmeria app, which frankly needs a serious redesign. Much more stable and well designed in both visual and UX aspects. I guess this is the same app platform which Byblos bank also has. So I can suggest some improvements for this app. Please make a single overview to quickly check all the accounts and cards balances. I need to make a new transfer every time or swipe through the cards only to check all the balances. Also the credit card interest rates are missing.

Many many thanks for the update. The app looks shaky looking forward to more improvements and bug fixes. Fresh design modern application. I understand it is new it can have bugs. It will help to test

Please, finally update your app, its not only looks and works horrible, now it doesnt even open on iOS 15.1. Compared to other mobile banking apps this one is like from 2010

The app opens and all I see is a white screen

It’s ridiculously difficult to navigate and it never shows accurate information. The balance is never updated so I never know how much money I have in my card.

Ամերիաբանկի ծառայություններից սիրով օգտվում եմ, սակայն օնլայն բենքինգը արդեն թարմացվելու կարիք ունի։ Խնդրում եմ տեղեկացնել, երբ կունենանք թարմացված և ժամանակակից հավելված։

1. իմ հաշիվների միջև փոխանցելուց պետք է տոկեն-ով հաստատեմ 👎🏻 2. թոքենով հաստատումը շատ երկար ժամանակ ա ծախսում 3. վճարում կատարելիս չկա հաստատել button այլ կա հիշել միայն, այդ էլ համոզելով է սխմվում 4. Արքա-ից գումար եմ փոխանցում նույն պահին Ամերիա և մեկ այլ բանկի քարտին.. ամերիայի բանկինգ եմ մտնում ցույց չի տալիս հասանելի մնացորդը, բայց մյուս բանկի օնլայն բանկինգը ցույց է տալիս: 5. Ծրագրի ընդհանուր վճարում կատարելու ֆունկցիան շատ դանդաղ, անհարմար է...

Congratulations! Because you had one of the most frustrating user experiences I’ve experienced in an app! To understand how to login, get a password, get a token, know what was a serial number and activation code, we had to go to the bank to have it explained in person what went where after trying to figure it out ourselves. Shouldn’t apps explain how this works? And even after logging in and thinking I understood I would get locked out because I didn’t remember which password was for token and which one for the actual app, the process was confusing! Please hire another user experience designer who can make this process easy for the user. Until then I will be with another bank.

The app is useless! I had 1000$ on my account i spent it all 5 days ago yet my balance is still 1000$
