More than half the time I can’t even sign into the app/account. That needs to be fixed.

App is equally as bad as the ins itself. Cant view account to pay bill online. Have to keep changing password just to log in. App keeps closing

This app is atrocious and everyone should request for their employers to switch to a competitor. The app doesn’t have its own login system so it defaults to a pop up internet browser which simply doesn’t work. Can’t use Face ID to log in. Can’t remember from passkey, it doesn’t accept the OTP. Somehow, if you can get through the login and enable OR disable biometrics and return to the app page, it won’t accept and will give a generic message about not being about to login. Over and over.

I have this app on my iPad and my phone ,on both devices it either crashes or it doesn’t open at all . I deleted and reinstalled but it just keeps on doing the same thing.

Though the app is informative there is no way to have communication with customer service but on the phone during specified hours. They have a message service for a nurse but NOT customer service. I don’t have the time to be on the phone for 40min at work when phone hours are available. Wasteful amount of time. Allow messaging with customer service.

I’ve been trying to connect my fitness apps for weeks to no avail. The app opens a green page and an error message pops up telling me that I’m unable to connect. I called customer service several times. The reps are helpless as they simply parrot the messages provided by their technical team. Why advertise a capability that doesn’t work??? I would really like to take advantage of the health tracker! Can someone on the tech team contact me to help me resolve this issue??? The customer service reps have been as good as they can be, but they’re helpless with resolving the issue. One even called me back to see if the issue was resolved. Nope!

This website stands alone in being ineffective when one tries to login. I have not ever experienced this much trouble in any other website. Both thumbs down!

Won’t even let me sign in. Keeps going back to the sign in page

After the most recent update the app will not open. Iv tried tapping the app , going to the App Store and taping open and nothing happens. Very frustrating. Please fix

Having just been forced to upgrade to latest version, exactly how would you like a user to scan a QR code during the login process with only one device?
