Firstly, let’s address why after a cumbersome login process do you log a user off WHILE using the app and browsing through the statements!?? .. only to repeat again and again!? This is not a security feature but a lack of design intelligence feature! Then there is the figuring out what is the full statement balance which you can only be 100% sure of by downloading a statement because you removed the ‘statement’ wording! Are you saving character spaces? Then the combo of minimum amount showing on Sadad is nothing but a cheap looking ploy to incur interest fees by not knowing what the full bill is! Please revert to a clearer communication especially when dealing with finances!
