Nothing works

App crashes all the time

Difficult to look up offers

Every time I tried to look up offers it keeps spinning and spinning and never show anything on the app. I hope they fix this. Please make it user friendly, fast and intuitive like Amex USA app.

Need to improve the app

Need to improve the application search engine and update the sort option like selecting Dubai or AbuDhabi in offers search and sorting not only uae User interface needs improvement and easy access

Asking For Security Check

This is very odd, there is much more bigger banks and card services then you and they never ask for check thing.

Instant crash loop

The app crashes after scanning the Emirates ID by NFC and confirming to move further. I tried few times and nothing. Useless. It shouldn’t have been approved by Apple to be here.

Nothing Works Properly

Genuinely a terrible App. It barely ever works and a far cry from international Amex apps. Makes me want to avoid using Amex altogether.

Needs a serious interface update

The user experience and UI are nothing compared to the other AMEX apps, in the US for example. AMEX MENA interface is really bad.

This app is not working after latest update version 5.0.5.
