Keep having to enter PIN details every time I use the app.

Your app is still a bit slow on processing.

The app takes a long time to open links and tabs - it consistently buffers between selections. In a world where technology is everywhere, and improving all the time, this issue is a let down.

I did not receive an email or letter stating that my insurance was due for renewal. Now it is overdue but I did receive a letter today informing me of this. This just isn’t good enough!!

Terrible app. Slow, clunky, dreadful. Look at your competitors apps perhaps.

This is the slowest app I have ever come across. Sort it out! In order for me to want to use the app I have to make sure it’s during a time I have absolutely nothing better to do but to kill time! In the meantime life goes on around me.

Have to dig into the app to find each policy doc and download each individually to figure out what i spend each year. Seems a bit obiously missing.

Useless for managing claims. Ok for viewing policy Ok for lodging claim

The document is not clear as to what I can claim for and documents take ages to load

Over the recent months I have needed to update my insurance sadly had to make 2 insurance claims and I have been extremely delighted with the assistance I have had and the prompt action taken on the claims communication has been exceptional. Well done AMI
