AMP Research PowerStep

Steps work great, but unfortunately the app no longer connects to smart series. I get a “No device found” error message. Seems to be a bug that needs fixed.

i’ve been trying for a week now to pair my phone to the unit and it’s impossible.keep asking for controller id as a password and controller Id is no where to be found to use as a password . useless system

Program works well, but needs to allow for longer override periods. All day or until turned off would provide much needed functionality.

Powerstep is functional, but the app is not. After a few days, the app fails to work properly. The PowerStep cannot connect to the iPhone and reports a password error. I need to open the hood, remove the PowerStep fuses, and reprogram everything from scratch.

App and PowerStep flawlessly work — great products. Only disappointment is that override timer to manually retract or deploy step is limited to 30 minutes. Would be a sure 5-star if the steps could be kept retracted for several hours, or preferably full-day, when desired.
