Not user friendly. Poorly Designed. Does not allow to make part payments. I am force to make full payment for incorrectly issued invoices as it does not allow part payments. Payments made via other methods like neft etc shows as outstanding. No way to mark it paid or it is configured poorly. I don’t suggest the app.

A very poorly designed app. Always says cannot complete request. Even when the request has been opened.

There should be some more payment modes available within the app for payment towards society maintenance dues instead of UPI option alone. Please do note that in many cases a user might have exhausted their daily transaction limit of UPI. This is highly applicable in this scenario considering people tend to pay off multiple bills at the beginning of the month leading to exhaustion of UPI limit.

I am a product manager and a high frequency user of the app. I think the new design solved some existing problems at the cost of creating many other issues. 1) Visitors section is not obvious . Some color coding is needed. 2) Within visitors section , users don’t care about the person who came for delivery. Users care about the company. There should be a company logo unless it is a personal guest. 3) If I add a delivery, i am expecting someone immediately or any time today. The default value should not be 30 mins from since there are delivery apps that deliver in 10mins. 4) I want to be able to add delivery for Tomorrow , the default should be the whole day because I don’t know when the delivery person will come. 5) The companies I usually use should pop up top in delivery section. 6) I need quick actions like delivery , check Maid status , check notices .

Does not respect notification settings shows ads

You cant approve services like swiggy for multiple days. The current option only allows to allow one entry per day post that you would require to approve the request. I have to create 10 multiple days entry to actually have auto approve feature plus you can only do one service at a time so each month inhave to spend 30 mins to create 10 multiple days entry request for each of amazon/swiggy/zepto/blinkit/zomato.

Full of ads through notification without a way to turn those off.

Please remove advertisement notifications as it is extremely frustrating to see a notification assuming an entry / approval request only to see a damn ad about random products and loan offerings. Unfortunately I can’t turn off notifications fully so you’re getting away with this. Please work on your interface as every time I try to perform almost any function, the app takes 4-5 seconds of loading time. This isn’t a government banking app that we expect such poor service despite our society paying the high AMCs

Worst App in the business of gate keeping. Only aim of this App is to collect the data of owners/residents and monetise them.
