Ananda Base WiFi

Ios16 is out and things don’t work quite right. Multiple hits to the buttons are now needed for the bed to be controlled, sometimes it doesnt work at all. While your fixing all the bugs, could you please add timers to the vibrate and maybe sleep mode positions.

Useless app won’t work bed won’t bind not as great as all the so called great reviews bed vibrate lasts about 8 minutes I timed it someone got paid good to lie on the reviews app is useless

It looks lovely keep the started to develop then lost interest part way through. Please finish up!

Can not use the app. It won’t let you register an account. It just says failure every time you try. Very disappointing

After trying many beds and suffering from back pain, this bed is amazing! Was about to buy a more expensive one from another brand but didn’t have all the features the Ananda has. Being able to control it through the app is just the cherry on top as I don’t need more controllers around. Setup was easy and very simple just as any wifi device setup.

Love the bed hate the app.... I have the split king and this will not connect at all!!

I bought the split king bed for all the features that this bed comes with. I like the bed but don’t Love it! The location of the usb charging port is in a very difficult & illogical place to plug in my devices. The vibrating massage is really good except it shuts off within less than 10 mins:( Would like to be able to set a timer in increments of 15 mins. Up to an hour. I’ve had the bed for a few months & have had relatively goodnight sleep. Expected to have AmaZing sleep, but disappointed in the overall design & feel. Just tried to load the app to adjust the bed & the app wouldn’t let me register to use the app. Am considering returning the bed because it’s not living up to the standard it advertised. Would like to hear from a representative to fix these issues & convince me to not return the bed!

This just doesn’t work at all. I followed the instructions to the letter about 10 times on two separate beds on a 2.4ghz network and the bed can never connect to WiFi. Without being able to connect, you cannot control the bed with Alexa, which was a huge selling point for me. Very disappointed. Please fix this ASAP and I will update my review.

This app won’t connect to my bed. I have an iPhone XS that’s fully up-to-date, but the app never sees the bed. I hold down the buttons on the remote to put the bed into pairing mode and enter my WiFi password, but the bed never connects. I’ve attempted to connect via both wireless channels (2.4GHz and 5GHz) to no avail.
