This app is amazing. Simple and straightforward but with the option to customise. Breathing has become a huge focus (for obvious reasons) and this timer, along with the colours, will be used by myself and with my clients. Recommend++

andbreathe is a metronome that has been specifically designed for use in the Universal Breath of 6/6 (inhaling for 6 seconds and exhaling for 6 seconds) sometimes referred to as coherent breathing. The sound of the metronome is an important part of the Universal Breath as it continually stimulates the orientation response of the P300 wave in the brain, and helps to synchronise the rhythm of the brainwaves with the heart rate.
The metronome is pre-set for the Universal Breath; however, you are easily able to set and customise your own breathing patterns.
By downloading the app, you agree to the terms and conditions which are located on the website andbreathe.com. You agree to the start of supply of digital content before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period and that you thereby lose the right to cancel the contract.
