To cancel appointment due to illness
Have tried ringing shop since Thursday 7th July to cancel appointment due to flue and sinuses infection but “lines are closed” downloaded app but won’t open. I regard my appointment as cancelled I have tried hard enough to contact Andrew Mulvenna’s both by phone, text and their app. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this situation and service. My appointment was with Michael on 14th July at 10 am who I regard as an excellent hair stylist but sadly would give their administration thumbs down for their communication skills.
