I’m leaving this review as my first was more of a moan . I couldn’t get the story page to load at all and as I really love this game it was just frustrating . Well you can imagine how great it was to hear from Liam from say games (hope that name is right ) who offered advice on how to get the game working and when that failed he had my game ID and repaired the game . Ten out of ten for great customer service and ten out ten for a great game!
On level 332 and the story page won’t load . Have reported it to support 3 times and alas no reply . I’ve deleted game and reloaded it and still no joy . I’ll give it a couple of days but it looks like the game has been abandoned by the support team so will just delete .
I found this game therapeutic as I suffer with severe mental health issues, it was something that I looked forward to playing, that was until I installed the recent update, having got mid way through level 33 I found it had put me back to the start of the level, also it has increased the number of points required to progress through the story! I submitted a query via the game’s support function but have had no reply. I’m so disappointed that the developer has ruined my experience and that the customer support is non existent.
Completed all levels now sick of waiting for the update to continue the story. A fantastic game has become painful and no longer a joy to play which is really unfortunate.
Good game but spoiled by lack of story updates. No updates for over 2 months so now no point in playing as nothing to play for.
I really like this game. I love the aesthetic and I haven’t found another match tile game that quite hits the spot the way this game does. It’s highly frustrating that after so many levels it asks for me to update the app even when they app isn’t available for an update. Unable to continue the story otherwise.
Great game and nice storyline, but having problems playing some days. Whenever I get infinite lives, I can’t play the game at all. Once the timer gets to zero, it says I’m out of lives!!
Recently I have failed to receive 2 in app purchases consecutive times. The Homebody’s pack and Guest pack. Apple won’t refund me either. Money wasted!
It wouldn’t freeze the moment I claim an free item or I touch the stars to go to the next level. It freezes most of the time.
Great game but I’ve completed all levels and would like to know when more levels will be added.
