I received my parcel few days ago which I ordered in may. Both suits are beautiful however It takes time, but , when I received my suits I was satisfied of my purchase. I am also waiting for some other parcel and will do order more in future. Thanks aneelas for making such awesome dresses.😍😍😍😍

Their aap for ordering is useless and garbage. It doesn’t show if it’s for international or local customers. It doesn’t allow to cancel the order as well if mistakenly made order on COD. Their customer service on their aap is horrible too. They do not provide any help to navigate through their aap and tell us to do it yourself.

They don’t have any customer service even they are not updating their app. Pathetic service. They have good stuff but when when you want to place order the website didn’t work.

The collection is amazing and the parcel was delivered on time

I am overseas client and find some issues how this app works. Issue no 1: when you save your profile there is no option for overseas cities . You can not save your profile without city information. I asked from them so many time but not fixed yet. Issue number 2: you can not see your order history if profile is not saved. Any way I asked them throug what’s app to ship my dresses in Pakistan and then I will get from there when travel to Pakistan. Communication on what’s app is not satisfying. They respond when they like other wise no care attitude. My request to the owner of this brand that you have awesome collection please focus on customer service. Or make a website for ordering. I will give 5 stars if these issues will be fixed.

In my 1st order they accept it and just send 1/4th of it without any notification. In my 2nd order they accept and delivered it almost after 4 weeks . One of its earring was broken . I tried contacting them on wats app, by email , on phone . They never responded. Which is very rude , pathetic and unprofessional behaviour. Never recommending this to any one .
